Welcome to DbCAS
DbCAS is a unified gateway to the growing landscape of alternative-splicing and transcript-level resources. Its systematic literature-mining workflow began with more than 16,000 splicing-related publications retrieved across 2014–2026. Backward citation expansion and identity-based deduplication enlarged the candidate pool to more than 383,000 publications, which were then narrowed through keyword filtering, two model-assisted screening steps, and evidence-based website verification. The resulting curated collection is presented in one accessible, searchable platform, helping researchers find suitable resources for isoform biology, long-read data, and transcriptomic diversity.
